This is an NHA accredited online course - self-directed, at your own pace, and is an excellent prep-course for nursing, medical, EMT/Paramedic school students, along with other future health care providers.
The Career Readiness Program ("PersonAbility™") is an interactive tool designed to build essential soft skills for a better future in healthcare.
Duration: 8-10 hours (approximately) - at your own pace, anytime within a 28 day period.
Upon completion of all of the online learning modules, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Students have access to the online program for reference for one year after beginning the program.

- Introduction to Techniques and Steps - Learn more about applying the AIM framework and techniques used in the simulations.
- Problem-Solve with a Co-Worker - Discuss and resolve issues with other member of the health care team.
- Receive Professional Feedback - Talk with a supervisor about how you can improve your role.
5. Final Assessment
- Promote Patient Adherence - Help a patient make decisions about their health.
6. Certificate of Completion
- Print out proof of your course completion.
